As part of our global focus, we study and manage patterns among ethnic communities to further develop differentiated relationship strategies. To achieve this, we undertake a preliminary consultancy process, ensuring the involvement of all relevant ethnic communities in our decision-making. Additionally, we conduct a spatial analysis of the settlement patterns of such communities, allowing us to gain a better understanding of their geographic distribution and social interactions within them. These tools provide us a holistic view of the specific needs, desires, and challenges within each ethnic community, enabling us to design effective strategies that promote equity, cultural respect, and sustainable development.
